The Community & Volunteerism Talk 2019

CSR employee volunteering enhances your corporate culture to be more attractive to your employees. It is proven employees become more engaged and committed,  perform better in an organization active in  CSR employee volunteerism.

It seems easier said than done. So, let us help!

Since 2013, we have been conducting the Community & Volunteerism Talk to corporate companies, for their staff and management, to share with them the core values and massive benefits of CSR and how it can be made sustainable, and eventually enhance their corporate culture, which contributes to cultivating a healthier and more productive working environment.

This year, we added one more element in our Talk - Awareness on Mental Health & Wellness (aligned with Social Development Goal (SDG) by United Nation). An issue that no longer affected the underprivileged, but ALL OF US. We need to look into building a healthy connection within ourselves, it begins from Families. A healthy community begins with Healthy Families. Healthy families contribute to Social Betterment.

The 1-Hour Talk covers the topic on:
(1) What is your role in this Society?
(2) What you should know before donating?
(3) How can you be effectively involved in helping the community?
(4) Screening of life-changing stories and motivational videos
(5) Awareness of Mental Wellness by building connection within ourselves

This year, conducting the Community & Volunteerism Talk is our core focus. Hence we would like to share with you the companies we have been reaching out to, in the month of April:

Boston Scientific Malaysia

CMA CGM Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Both Bangsar & Shah Alam offices)

Excel Force MSC Berhad

Manforce Group
