Special thanks to Country Garden for the thoughtful post CNY celebration for the Sentul community. The highlight of the day was the Lion Dance Performance which lighted up the Saturday afternoon and captured everybody's attention. After the Lion Dance Performance, Country Garden's representatives together with our volunteers distributed groceries to the community and Ang Paos for children.

Mary Kay Gives New Breath to 13 year-old Free Clinic

05 September 2013, Mural Painting with Mary Kay at Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE

Here we proudly announce the Mary Kay's 2013 CSR Collaboration with HOPE worldwide Malaysia - Sentul Free Clinic Refurbishment! 

The Free Clinic was established since 2000, for over 13 years, committed to provide Free Medical Services and Medication to poor community. Thanks to Mary Kay for initiating this Free Clinic Refurbishment Project which gives a Brand New Breath to our 13 year-old Free Clinic.

To appreciate Mary Kay's sponsorship for this project, we dedicated a Mural Painitng for Mary Kay. On 05 Sep, Mary Kay's General Manager, Mr. Nas with the Marketing Team were here in the Clinic, to complete the Mural Painting. It was a remarkable moments, with a few children and their parents there, witnessing this heartwarming moment. Mr. Nas also take this opportunity to visit the clinic and communicate with the patients and doctor.

Besides, HOPE worldwide Malaysia is invited to attend Mary Kay's 50th year Anniversary at Berjaya Times Square Hotel Ballroom on 14 Sep 2013. The Children Choir from HOPE worldwide Malaysia will perform a song on that day too!

Mural Painting on Merdeka Day!

We've got something NEW for our Free Clinic in Sentul! It's our New Mural Painting!

Thanks to all our fellow volunteers who were there (even as young as 5 years old) helping to paint the mural on Merdeka Day. Indeed, we had a great time together.

The Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE is established since 2000. For more than 13 years, we've been faithfully providing FREE medication and consultation to the underprivileged community.

We are all looking forward to a new project we are doing for the Free Clinic. Stay tuned with us!

We would like you to know that our Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE had stepped into the 13th Glorious Year of service for the underprivileged community in Malaysia!

And after 13 years of service, we need to give a New Breath to our Free Clinic, hence today is our Clinic Refurbishment Day! Thanks to our fellow volunteers who were here to contribute your time and energy to make this happen!

The Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE was established in year 2000, since then, we have been committing to provide the underprivileged patients FREE medical consultation and medication. Till 2012, we had treated a total of 56,000 underprivileged patients.

Thanks to Mary Kay who initiated the Clinic Refurbishment Project. We look forward a brand new environment and atmosphere of our Free Clinic.

The Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE was established in 2000 and this year is its 13th year in serving the poor and needy in Sentul. We have been providing FREE medication and consultation to the underprivileged regardless their races and religions. Till today, more than 56,000 patients from the underprivileged community were treated (with 6,000 patients in our database) and the numbers keep on growing. Hence, the needs for volunteer doctors is indeed very crucial. We need your passion and knowledge, to enable us to continue our mission of the Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE - to provide Free Medication & Health Care consultation for the underprivileged community.

Andy Lau's appearance graces Berjaya Founder's Day

Thanks to Tan Sri Vincent Tan & Berjaya Cares Foundation for inviting HOPE worldwide Kuala Lumpur to be a part of this event. This year is the 3rd year HOPE worldwide been invited to attend this special and meaningful occasion. It's meaningful because Tan Sri honored all 74 NGOs with his generous donations up to RM 20.2 million in estimation. It was a grand celebration and the most notable guest of the day is our Super Star Mr. Andy Lau. His appearance had indeed surprised everybody and made Tan Sri's Birthday a memorable one! In the past two years, Berjaya Cares Foundation have been supporting the Food Distribution Program and Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE. This year, Berjaya Cares Foundation granted a new premises for the use of HOPE worldwide's operations which including the Administration Office an Children Activity & Education Centre in Sentul Raya Boulevard.

Thanks to Mr. SY Lai for your continuous support in our good cause by giving away CNY Goodies to the underprivileged community in Sentul. Every year, Mr. SY Lai will take this opportunity during Chinese New Year, bring along his families and friends to reach out to the poor and needy. Besides giving away goodies, we also distribute ang paos and mandarin oranges. In total, we had reached out to more than 100 families.

Creighton University Medical Students CURA Project 2012 with HOPE worldwide Malaysia

27 May till 04 June 2012, Creighton University Medical Students CURA Project 

This was the second time (the first time was two years ago) we had the Medical Students from Creighton University, Nebraska, United States, to have the CURA Project with us at HOPE worldwide Malaysia! This time the students not only had exposure at the Free Clinic in Sentul, as well we worked with "Reach Out" to participate Food Distribution to the Homeless at the KL city centre during late night. We as well traveled to Penang involving in Orang Asli Outreach Program, and provide free medication to both adults and children there. It was a fruitful journey, as we able to seize one whole week in reaching out to the different groups of needy community in different ways. Thanks to Matt, Nathan, Jared, Jake, Sonali, Itsumi, Dana and Justine, for all your time, passion and love in serving the underprivileged!
