Deepsky Volunteers and Friends bring early CNY Cheers to 30 Sentul Families

11 February 2018, Deepsky Sdn Bhd Volunteers CNY Outreach Program to Sentul Community

Giving the low income families a memorable Chinese New Year Celebration. Thanks to Deepsky Sdn Bhd who organize a CNY Outreach for 30 Chinese families in the Sentul Community through a moment of fun time with exciting and interactive games and as well doing traditional art & crafts.

Deepsky volunteers together with their friends and families, led by Mr. Louis, besides reaching out to 30 families, Deepsky also sponsored groceries and CNY Cookies to these families. The volunteers brought along their children to help out in the program.

DeepSky Volunteers Bring CNY Cheers for Sentul Community

21 January 2017, DeepSky Sdn Bhd Volunteers at Food Distribution Program and MY Reading Program

A group of 17 Volunteers from DeepSky Sdn Bhd reaching out to 100 families and 30 children through volunteering in Food Distribution Program and MY Reading Program.

The volunteers were divided into two teams. The 1st team of volunteers were assigned to volunteer in the Food Distribution Program while the 2nd team of volunteers were assigned to be the Teachers of the Day.

As Chinese New Year is just around the corner, the volunteers had brought early cheers and joy of the Festive Celebration to our community. It warmed the hearts of these families by receiving the groceries and as well angpaos and Mandarin Oranges from the volunteers.

At the other side, we saw another group of volunteers who gave the their time, nurturing, mentoring and teaching a group of 30 children in MY Reading Program. These group children aged from 5 to 9 years old need a lot of attention and patience to help them improve in their Reading ability. Truly appreciate how the volunteers had helped the children to learn a total of 26 words about Body Parts during the 2-hour of fruitful session with so much fun and joy! We were touched by one of the volunteers who brought a guitar, and together we sang songs like ABC, Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars and If You're Happy.
