Berjaya Cares Foundation Officiate the Rent-Free Premises for HOPE worldwide Malaysia

10 September 2013, Berjaya Cares Foundation with Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan and Dato' Robin Tan officiate the Rent-Free Premises for HOPE worldwide Malaysia's operation

In December 2012, Berjaya Cares Foundation granted the Rent-Free Premises (2 levels of a 5 levels shoplot) at Sentul Raya Boulevard for HOPE worldwide Malaysia's operation including the Administration Office, Children Activity Centre, Mini Library and a Community Computer Centre (1 Stop IT Resource Centre). The Children Activity Centre, Mini Library and Community Computer Centre served the purposes in expanding the Education Programs for more than 200 underprivileged children and teenagers.

On 10 Sep, HOPE worldwide Malaysia is greatly honored and grateful for Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan and Dato' Robin Tan to come and officiate this rent-free premises. Through Berjaya Cares Foundation's generosity, HOPE worldwide Malaysia's Education Programs have been growing in accommodating the needs of students from different age groups - pre-school children, pre-teens and teenagers. Especially the Children Activity Centre have been operating during weekdays for the After School Tuition Programs on Mathematics and English, specially cater for primary 5 & 6 students.

Besides granting HOPE worldwide Malaysia the rent-free premises, Berjaya Cares Foundation also is the main sponsor for Food Distribution Program and Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE in year 2011 & 2012.

Bursa Malaysia @ MY Reading Program - 1st Session

25 June 2011 - Bursa Malaysia CSR Project - Volunteering @ MY Reading Program!

We warmly welcome Bursa Malaysia to HOPE worldwide Kuala Lumpur! On 25 June, the children from the MY Reading Program had a great time with each and every volunteer teacher from Bursa Malaysia. And the volunteer teachers done a fantastic job in Story Telling session - the children's all time favorite "Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs", yet they had put in more gestures and creativity which made the story more exciting that eventually brought so much of laughters to the children.

This is our very first session of MY Reading Program which been signed up by Bursa Malaysia up to 4 sessions. We looking forward for more excitements and great deeds from them in MY Reading Program.

Special announcement! One of our children in MY Reading Program, Neelam Kaur, 12 year-old had just grabbed NUMBER ONE in her class for the school's examination. Let's give encouragement Neelam!

Despite volunteering in MY Reading Program, Bursa Malaysia as well donated numerous of great books to the HOPE Mini Library, in aid to encourage the needy children to read and gain knowledge from books, that secure a brighter future through reading!
