It will be a wonderful morning to get closer to the mother nature by exploring its beauty. This was what we did with the Sun Life Malaysia Brighter YOU Volunteers and a group of 20 youths from Sentul!
We had a great time learning about the names of different types of trees and plants in the forest. By discovering the amazing facts about the forest and its trees, it made us aware about the impact and benefits of preserving the mother nature for our nation, and the environment of our earth we are living in.
Thanks to the helpful staff from Forest Research Institute Malaysia who brought us to tour around. We had so much fun learning and as well doing activities like Canopy Walking.
After the lunch session, the volunteers and the youths played treasure hunt with the questions refreshing our minds about the the names, types of trees and plants in the forest which was briefed by the FRIM Staff just now. The winning team won a Fitness Band for each team member which sponsored by Sun Life Malaysia!
Thanks to Sun Life Malaysia for the organizing a fruitful trip and gave such a memorable time for our youths!
